Homeopathy is individualistic. 

Each person’s symptoms are unique to them and expressive of their individual condition. If two people are experiencing a headache, for example, a different homeopathic remedy could be given to each person based on the symptoms that the person is experiencing. One person may describe their headache pain as being hammering and pounding, with the headache coming on suddenly and felt primarily on the right side of the head. Another person may experience a headache with pains that are bursting and crushing. Any movement makes the pain worse, even the slightest eye movement. This person may also be extremely thirsty for cold drinks. These are two different headaches clearly requiring two distinctly different homeopathic remedies.

The initial consultation can last up to three hours. During this time, the homeopath listens, observes, and documents the patient's description of their chief complaints and symptoms. In addition, they will be asked about their dreams, their fears, their interests, and more. This information guides the homeopath in selecting a homeopathic remedy that is most similar to what the person is experiencing. The remedy then stimulates the person’s healing process.

Follow up appointments are important. These appointments help the homeopath to understand how the patient is responding to the homeopathic remedy. At this time, the homeopath may either suggest that the patient wait and allow the remedy to continue working; give the patient another dose of the remedy; or, alternately, give the patient a completely different remedy. The first follow-up appointment is scheduled about four weeks after the initial dose of the homeopathic remedy. Subsequent appointments are scheduled about every four to five weeks (or as needed). These appointments can last from 30 to 90 minutes.

Payment:

• Cash or Check Accepted. Payment is due at the end of each consultation. For phone consultations, a bill will be sent.

Cancellation policy:

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. If you do need to change or cancel your appointments within the required 24-hour period, you will be responsible for a $50 payment. Failure to cancel or show up for your appointment will result in full payment of the scheduled appointment.
